All our vendors are picked (well...almost!)

So Rajiv and I have decided on our list of vendors and we're SO excited for each of them because I think it'll be a phenomenal night!! It took us a while to find the right people we want to work with. We just hope our friends and family are going to be taken care of and having the greatest time sharing this wonderful moment in our lives. We're giving major props to the people below:

Ngoc Nguyen at Skybox Production Events will be coordinating our day. Her work is amazing and to top it off, she's an ex-SPOP staffer. We hit it off instantly :) I can't wait to see her work on our big day.

Huey Le at Platinum Peaks Entertainment will be doing our lighting, DJ/MC and various entertainment services. Huey is a riot. We're looking forward to hearing him spin those hits (Vietnamese, Indian AND American)!

Caroline Tran will be our amazing photographer. We have our engagement pictures with her next month and we're ecstatic! We cannot wait to see her showcase our love through her beautiful pictures.

With the help of our friends, family and Cheesy Photobooths, we'll be able to capture a glimpse of our guests! Everyone will get a copy of their photos, we will get a copy and you will get to scrap book your pictures in our snazzy little scrap book!

We finally also have a florist!! Kim Sanders over at Art with Nature Floral Design blew us away with her work. She was so nice, so creative, and so willing to work with our needs. To top it off, she's a greenie...or as greenie as possible and we're all for that! I'm looking forward to Kim's amazing designs. She's going to pull off our contemporary, classically romantic, spring garden look :) I can't wait!

Our videographers were one of the more difficult vendors to find. We at first really had no desire for a videographer. We thought it wasn't our style. I've seen some family members' wedding videos and they're terrible. It's always as if my 3 year old cousin can do a better job holding a camera steady. Anyways, we looked around and through my facebook stalking, I found Anthony Vu and Josh Tran of Alumiq Productions. They were so wonderful! I love that they're a local vendor who's really just at the beginning of their careers, but their videos are absolutely beautiful! PLEASE check them out, I couldn't recommend them more!!

So the beauty and the beast of our wedding is the food. I think it's fantastic that we're going to have both of our cultures' represented at the reception, but it's going to be the biggest obstacle as well. We will be serving both Indian Cuisine and Chinese Cuisine, by Clay Oven of Irvine and Furiwa, respectively. Each party, not each individual, is going to be asked to select one type they want to have for the night as we will be serving everything family style. So heads up to our guests, keep in mind what you and your family (or +1's) would like to have for dinner and make a compromise! This should be the most difficult part for Rajiv and I to set up the seating arrangements...I'm sure you'll hear more about my pain during that process.

So there you have it, the major players at on our wedding day!! We are so thrilled!! Only 198 days to go folks!
